Slow Flow

Flow through a vigorous class at a mindfully meditative pace. Allow your body and soul time to explore and savor the movement, energy and breath. No yoga experience necessary but the ability to move from floor to standing with relative ease recommended.

Mindful Movement

An active class that explores mobility and strengthening from a place of keen awareness and mindfulness. Move slow and gently with the breath and allow space to explore what arises. Floor work, seated work and some standing may be included. Weight bearing on the hands beyond Table Pose is rare. Open to all experience levels.

RESToration

An evening of ease and rest for a tired body and/or soul. We will explore gentle movement, stretch and breath and an extended guided relaxation for the ultimate restful practice. Class is appropriate for almost all practitioners.
